China threatens 'nuclear option' of dollar sales

UK Telegraph | Ambrose Evans-Pritchard

The Chinese government has begun a concerted campaign of economic threats against the United States, hinting that it may liquidate its vast holding of US treasuries if Washington imposes trade sanctions to force a yuan revaluation.

Blog - Dollar to collapse? Fistful of dollars - China's trade surplus reached $26.9bn in June

Two officials at leading Communist Party bodies have given interviews in recent days warning - for the first time - that Beijing may use its $1.33 trillion (£658bn) of foreign reserves as a political weapon to counter pressure from the US Congress.

We are all sheep. Anyone that can not see the Chinese have figured out how to gain control of the planet then you have been living in a cave or don't give a damn about our country and the trouble we are in and the additional trouble down the road.

The final struggle for dominance ends at the CASH REGISTER.

What the USA investors, in China, have done is make China probably if the truth be known, the strongest economic power on the planet.

It was not all outside investors.

The United States has allowed a Communist Country, (I assume most citizens are not in favor of Communist rule) by buying up billions of dollars of US Treasury Bonds China & has become a very significant financial resource for Washington and the politicos there.

While China pollutes ASIA and eventually the plant, we stand by and allow our government to place the USA in a uncompromising position for the sake of increased revenue. EASY MONEY.

Now, if China gets pissed off over future trade policy and they decide to "CASH IN THEIR CHIPS" where will the billions come from to honor this debt?

The idea of allowing China to buy so many Treasury Bonds, was not a sound idea, soon you will see China raise the head of the DRAGON
and push the USA to the second most powerful country with a broad base of Economics and Military power.

Hold your friends close, but hold your enemies closer.

Based on COMMUNISM still being rejected by a society with a reasonable amount of intellect.
These chickens will come home to roost, just wait and see.
